The aim of the campaign is to improve eBay’s trust and service perception among German shoppers, thereby increasing eBay’s competitiveness in the German market.
With the launch, previously scattered landing pages such as Payment Methods, Click & Collect, eBay Warranty and eBay Buyer Protection are now accessible in one place.
The hub is well integrated into the overall product, with a consistent design in line with eBay’s new product experience and a coherent message.
The design is responsive, modular and scalable – designed to meet local as well as global needs and can be rolled out internationally.
